Triple Shot is the Dart Monkey's path 2 tier 3 upgrade in Bloons TD 6. With this upgrade, the Dart Monkey throws three darts at a time instead of one, spread 15° apart from each other. With 4 and 4, it throws four darts every fourth shot, spread 10° apart from each other, so it retains a total projectile spread of 30°. It also decreases the attack cooldown of the Dart Monkey by 25%, resulting in an attack speed increase of ~33.3%.

Strategy

Triple Shot is a good, cheap early-game tower, seeing use mainly on Dark Dungeons and Ravine. The three darts per shot and nearly double attack speed increase from base Dart Monkey make it stand out in terms of efficiency, edging out Crossbow in many cases. Triple Shot is also a great choice for maximizing attack speed for Super Monkey Fan Club and Plasma Monkey Fan Club setups.

2-3-0 is preferred to greatly improve its pierce, but 0-3-2 is used during a lack of Camo detection or against Phayze.
