Re-Freeze is the Ice Monkey's path 3 tier 2 upgrade in Bloons TD Battles 2. This upgrade lets the Ice Monkey target and affect frozen Bloons, which reapplies the freeze effect to them on each hit. It also affects Embrittlement or Super Brittle, which can now target and affect frozen Bloons by default, even though they can damage White Bloons. Like in Bloons TD 6, the capability to target Frozen Bloons is independent from the damage types; Ice Monkeys have no other way to re-freeze Bloons with their main attack.
