Master Bomber is the Ninja Monkey's path 3 tier 5 upgrade in Bloons TD Battles 2. This upgrade enhances the Sticky Bomb attack, upgrading it to a black sticky bomb, separate from sticky bombs from the T4. This sticky bomb attack has an attack cooldown of 1.8 seconds and gains infinite range. When attached onto a MOAB-Class Bloon, the sticky bomb stuns the target for 1 second, except BADs, then detonates after 3 seconds; the impact does 1000 damage, and area-of-effect does 200 damage. The Flash Bomb attack does 10 damage instead of 1 and can stun MOAB-class Bloons for 0.25 seconds. The Ninja throws shurikens every 0.55 seconds, reducing the bomb's equivalent cooldown to 1.65 seconds.
With Ninja Discipline, the attack cooldowns are improved to the following:
- Shuriken: 0.385 seconds
- Flash bomb (equivalent): 1.155 seconds
