Ezili is a Hero specializing in damage over time, with prominent support utility via stripping Bloons of any modifiers, preventing MOAB-Class Bloons from spawning any children, and spawning a totem that grants towers Camo detection and improved attack and projectile speeds (at the cost of lives), in addition to having a passive, map-wide Necromancer-specific pierce buff. She is also the only tower in the franchise that pops both Lead and Camo Bloons without upgrades.
In Battles 2, she more generally buffs Wizard Monkeys in her range, while her Hero Alt, Smudge Catt Ezili, focuses more on immediate damage and effects at the cost of less effective overall support.
Ezili has purple fur, somewhat pale skin (with the brightness being inconsistent in artwork and models), purple eyes, and purple hair styled in a short, rough ponytail on top of her head. She wears a dark violet robe with a matching hair tie, and has two scars[2] on her forehead, one X-shaped on her left side and the other a simple slash on her top-right side. She is almost never seen without her primary weapon, a simple brown stick she uses for magic. In Bloons TD 6 and Battles 2, her appearance changes as she levels up:
At level 3, her stick has a heart charm attached.
At level 7, her stick gains a head with the design of a cubed monkey skull.
At level 10, her hair grows darker, her ponytail slightly longer, and her stick's head gains a light green glow in its eyes.
At level 16, her scars grow light green, her pupils gain a green glow, her hands are covered with white wraps, her ponytail gains violet highlights, and the skull on her stick turns white.
At level 20, she gains a wooden mask that obscures most of her eyes, a pair of white leggings, a longer ponytail with a fuchsia tip, and her stick gains an additional skull design. In addition, her stick becomes slightly darker.
Personality and traits
Ezili is very ominous and is rarely shown to smile, instead usually sporting a dismissive expression; it has been stated that these elements of her personality do not come from a phase.[3] She has a prominent interest in Pokémon[4] to the point of avid shiny hunting,[5] and she is also interested secretly in scrapbooking.[6] Additionally, she loves cats strongly, having three herself[7][8] and bonding with Etienne over them.
In her normal form, her voice has a reverb applied to it. It is unclear if this is how she sounds in canon.

Her favorite low-budget movie is The Bloon Witch Project.[10]
Ezili trusts Etienne the most in regards to cat-sitting.[11]
She talks about her cats to the other Heroes frequently, with Etienne always being receptive to seeing pictures of them.[12]
Despite her best efforts at keeping it secret, most monkeys know about her scrapbooking hobby and have a hard time being scared of her as a result.[13]
While Ezili and Gwendolin acknowledge they don't have many overlapping hobbies, they both enjoy horror movies and they get together to carve pumpkins every Halloween.[14]

Splash AoE should no longer center around her if she completely destroyed the target in one hit (bug fix)

MOAB Hex ability can jump to the next-strongest target if its main target is destroyed before the duration expires, with no limit to the number of jumps but the duration will not be refreshed.
It felt fitting for so many reasons right now, but in addition to Unpopped Army buffs Ezili will now offer them a large pierce boost who then in turn offer up an improved cleanup tower to assist Ezili in dealing with with her main weakness — Update notes

Ezili’s main attack was causing large problems behind the scenes due to it applying a stacking dot, but as stacks do not play nicely with other root level mechanics we’ve streamlined her attack into a much simpler DoT with some additional stat changes. — Update notes

Ezili’s niche use is in an extremely strong spot right now so we shouldn’t really buff her, but anyway Heartstopper & Sacrificial Totem both feel too limited in total possible synergies, these are having quality of life improved and Heartstopper will additionally allow all towers to damage Purple Bloons to open up more combination options and give more reason to use it. — Update notes

We like Ezili as she is and don’t want to mess with her too much, but currently her level 19 does effectively nothing so we thought it would be nice at this level to shift a little of that MOAB bonus damage on the main attack into raw damage instead. — Update notes

Ezili has a good anti-camo build, however as her totem cant be used in CHIMPS and her main attack never upgrades to de-camo DDTs this means she is never able to de-camo DDTs when playing in CHIMPS even though her totem easily counters them in the base game. While we don’t have any concerns with some heroes being relegated more as ‘non-chimps’ heroes, we felt no reason not to solve this simple issue by allowing her main attack to upgrade to counter DDTs as well. — Update notes

Ezili is seeing a slight price reduction, and following a series of strongly worded letters mentioning curses (and a suspicious number of voodoo dolls appearing around the office) we’ve decided to stop 'slandering' Ezili’s figure and have updated her footprint to accurately reflect her true, more 'slender' figure, hopefully bringing out other enticing considerations in early hero selection and preventing our coffee machine from filling up with graveyard dirt. We’ve also simplified some of Ezili’s later levels, combining 2 small range increases and 2 other DoT focus levels to add in a dedicated Heartstopper improvement level to deal with late game purples. — Update notes
