Rosalia is a Hero in Bloons TD 6, introduced in version 43.0. She can be unlocked for 
5,000 starting at level 25.
Rosalia holds a laser gun that fires high-damage lasers. Starting from Level 2, she can switch to her grenade launcher. Adrenaline Rush unlocks at Level 4, improving her attack speed if Bloons are within her own range. Starting from Level 5, she occasionally shoots enhanced shots. At higher levels, her lasers deal much more damage, especially to MOAB-Class Bloons, and pop Lead, while her grenades gain the ability to bounce between Bloons, deal even more Ceramic damage, and produce cluster explosions. Her enhanced laser shot can knock back Bloons and MOAB-Class Bloons, while her enhanced grenade shot launches multiple grenades at once.
Rosalia can move anywhere within the range of her workshop. The workshop has a wide range, but Rosalia has short range. She cannot attack while moving to a new location. Starting from Level 7, her jetpack allows her to consume no footprint, freeing up space for more towers.
Additionally, starting from Level 6, Rosalia can discount nearby Monkey Aces and Heli Pilots, and Level 20 allows her to discount The Anti-Bloon if it is nearby.
Mechanics
Rosalia and landing pad
Rosalia's landing pad is considered the main tower, while Rosalia herself is considered a sub-tower that can be selected and is able to inherit buffs from the landing pad.
Movement
Rosalia can uniquely follow a movement order to move within the workshop's range (60 units) to where she can focus her attacks, having her own attack search range of 40 units with which to determine valid targets, although the attacks themselves have plenty of travel distance. Rosalia will not attack while performing a movement order. Hotkey for movement order is Monkey Special 1.
Before Level 7, Rosalia can only move onto land and her own landing pad, though she can still traverse between locations without restriction, and her Footprint is only 6 (the same as the Dart Monkey). After reaching Level 7, her jetpack upgrades and she can move onto any location, including the track itself, and with an effective Footprint of 0.
Also after reaching Level 7, Rosalia no longer needs to perform her lift-off animation while repositioning, saving about 0.4s.
Lasers and grenades
Her main attack is shot every 1 second at all levels, excluding her Adrenaline Rush. Depending on which weapon is active, she will shoot the following projectiles:
- Lasers: Lasers are straight-moving projectiles. Lasers are offset from Rosalia's right side. Initially, a laser deals 3 damage and has 3 pierce. Unlocked by default.
- Grenades: Grenades explode on impact with a Bloon. Grenades are offset from Rosalia's left side. Initially, a grenade explosion has a blast radius of 15, deals 2 damage and +1 Ceramic damage, and pops up to 10 Bloons. Unlocks at Level 2.
As she levels up, the basic lasers and grenades get stronger:

Weapon switching
Unlocked at level 2, Rosalia gains a targeting option to switch between her Laser and Grenade attacks, with a 2-second cooldown. Hotkey is Monkey Special 2.
Adrenaline Rush
Rosalia at Level 4 and above has a speed boost that improves her attack rate by +1% (additive) for every 2 Bloons that has its dead center in her own attack radius (not the workshop's range), up to a cap of +25% (meaning 1.25 times attack frequency). The cap is increased to +40% (1.4 times) at Level 11, then +60% (1.6 times) at Level 17.
Enhanced Shot
At Level 5 and above, Rosalia will fire an enhanced attack every 10 shots with her currently equipped weapon.
The Enhanced Laser is Plasma Type even before the Level 13 upgrade to the default Laser, and inflicts 25 Damage with 12 Pierce. Knockback is additionally inflicted on damage with Ceramics and Leads (the latter not surviving the initial attack) being knocked back for half a second at 3 times their speed, blimps at 5 times their speed, and regular Bloons (although those don't survive the initial attack) at 8 times their speed. Furthermore, Laser Shock status is applied on damage resulting in 3 Damage per 0.95 seconds and 25 extra received damage from Enhanced Lasers for a 9 second duration. Additionally, the enhanced laser can also deal extra damage to Laser Shock status from Dartling Gunner's Laser Shock upgrade (not Laser Cannon or above).
At Level 13, the Enhanced Laser is changed. The laser itself simply deals pushback every 0.1 seconds at a rate of 10 units to DDTs and non-blimps and 5 units to MOABs and BFBs, capping at 200 Pierce or 0.6 seconds. No damage is done by the laser; instead, upon expiration, the laser generates a plasma blast with 30 blast radius, 70 Damage, 40 Pierce, the same Laser Shock status that similarly doubles damage from another plasma blast, and the same knockback. The bonus damage now applies to the status from Laser Cannon upgrade instead of the previous upgrade.
The Enhanced Grenade simply triples the Count for the attack before Level 15, when the Count is instead quintupled.
Aircraft Efficiency
Rosalia at Level 6 and above provides a 10% discount to the purchase and upgrades of Monkey Aces and Heli Pilots with their ports in range of her workshop. This does not apply to Paragon upgrades.
Guardian Automaton
At Level 20, Rosalia provides a 30% discount to The Anti-Bloon if the latter is within range of Rosalia's workshop.
Abilities
Scatter Missile
Scatter Missile is unlocked at Level 3. It launches missiles from Rosalia's workshop at a rate of 0.25 seconds for 5 seconds (totaling 20 Missiles) while locking onto a target depending on Rosalia's own targeting option upon activation. The missiles are Explosion Type with 5 Damage and 50 Pierce covering 18 Blast Radius, in addition to 1 second stun against non-blimps on damage. At Level 9, Scatter Missiles fires for 2.5 seconds longer to add 10 missiles (for 30 missiles total), while Level 20 triples the rate of fire resulting in 90 missiles total. Level 14 doubles the default Damage and additionally adds 5 blimp damage.
Scatter Missile's cooldown is 45 seconds, decreased to 30 seconds starting from Level 18.
Flight Boost
Flight Boost is unlocked at Level 7. Flight Boost upon use has Rosalia move in front of targets that can be switched up with Rosalia's targeting option during use, while Rosalia herself also uses both weapons at once. Rosalia notably has erratic strafing while in front of her current target. Her unequipped weapon will not charge up and therefore will not fire enhanced attacks.
Upon the 20 second duration finishing up, Rosalia will move back to her designated position as if following a movement order, complete with the movement order being locked out for a second. If the movement order is already selected with the new position being prompted for, the designated position can be changed to get around this.
Monkey Aces and Heli Pilots with their ports near Rosalia's workshop will also gain increased flight speed, moving 30% faster.
Flight Boost has a cooldown of 45 seconds, decreased to 25 seconds starting from Level 18.
Kinetic Charge
Kinetic Charge is unlocked at Level 10. Kinetic Charge deploys a bomb that waits a second before deploying against an on-screen blimp target once applicable, affected by Rosalia's targeting option as usual. The bomb will continually latch onto the first child of the target if the target's current layer is destroyed. It goes off after 10 seconds after latching on by default, if the last layer of the target is destroyed, or if the target has taken quadruple the default Damage, at which point a 50 Blast Radius explosion with Explosion Type is generated with 500 Pierce. The Damage per threat is at a default of 1500, increased to 4000 at Level 20. The add-on Damage is equal to the amount of Damage done to whatever the bomb is latched onto, as hinted by one of Rosalia's use lines ("attack my target"), capping at double the default damage (4500 before Level 20, 12000 at Level 20). The Damage from the explosion will not skip layers. Also, the bomb will not stay around for a following Round even if it doesn't detect a blimp to latch onto before the Round ends.
Kinetic Charge has a cooldown of 75 seconds, decreased to 60 seconds starting from Level 16.

Rosalia is a versatile hero with a fairly strong early-game with her laser's high damage, and later on can knock back blimps, and if needed the grenades can assist cleanup of weaker clumps. Most of her power comes from her lasers, with the grenade mostly used to assist grouped cleanup. She excels on maps with one active entrance per round, and for maps with simultaneous lanes she can focus on one lane with her laser. Her 10% discounts to Ace and Heli assist affording expensive T5's, such as Flying Fortress and Apache Prime. Scatter Missile is efficient at cleaning up a tough clump of Bloons, and very high pierce-damage that excels on Race Events. Flight Boost improves her effective range, though it struggles on maps with more than one active lane. Kinetic Charge improves her single-target damage. Level 20 Anti-Bloon discount is pointless, as by the time she unlocks it, many other better T5's could be bought instead.
