Rosalia is a Hero in Bloons TD 6, introduced in version 43.0. She can be unlocked for 
5,000 starting at level 25.
Rosalia holds a laser gun that fires high-damage lasers. Starting from Level 2, she can switch to her grenade launcher. Adrenaline Rush unlocks at Level 4, improving her attack speed if Bloons are within her own range. Starting from Level 5, she occasionally shoots enhanced shots. At higher levels, her lasers deal much more damage, especially to MOAB-Class Bloons, and pop Lead, while her grenades gain the ability to bounce between Bloons, deal even more Ceramic damage, and produce cluster explosions. Her enhanced laser shot can knock back Bloons and MOAB-Class Bloons, while her enhanced grenade shot launches multiple grenades at once.
Rosalia can move anywhere within the range of her workshop. The workshop has a wide range, but Rosalia has short range. She cannot attack while moving to a new location. Starting from Level 7, her jetpack allows her to consume no footprint, freeing up space for more towers.
Additionally, starting from Level 6, Rosalia can discount nearby Monkey Aces and Heli Pilots, and Level 20 allows her to discount The Anti-Bloon if it is nearby.
Mechanics
Movement
Rosalia can uniquely follow a movement order to move within the workshop's range (60 units) to where she can focus her attacks, having her own attack search range of 40 units with which to determine valid targets, although the attacks themselves have plenty of travel distance. Rosalia will not attack while performing a movement order. Hotkey for movement order is Monkey Special 1.
Before Level 7, Rosalia can only move onto land and her own landing pad, though she can still traverse between locations without restriction, and her Footprint is only 6 (the same as the Dart Monkey). After reaching Level 7, her jetpack upgrades and she can move onto any location, including the track itself, and with an effective Footprint of 0.
Also after reaching Level 7, Rosalia no longer needs to perform her lift-off animation while repositioning, saving about 0.4s.
Lasers and grenades
Rosalia has two main attacks: a laser gun, which she starts with, and a grenade launcher, which unlocks at level 2. Starting at level 2, she can switch between her main attacks using a targeting option (mapped to the Monkey Special 2 hotkey), with a 2-second cooldown.
Both attacks fire at a rate of 1 shot per second at all levels (when not affected by Adrenaline Rush), but they shoot different projectiles.
- Lasers: Straight-moving projectiles that are offset from Rosalia's right side. Initially, each laser deals 3 damage and has 3 pierce.
- Grenades: Explosive projectiles that are offset from Rosalia's left side. Initially, each grenade explodes once on contact, dealing 2 damage and +1 damage to Ceramic Bloons with 10 pierce (affected by
More 'Splody) and a 15-unit radius.

Adrenaline Rush
Starting at level 4, Rosalia's attack speed increases by 1% for every 2 Bloons within her own range (not her workshop's range), up to +25%. The limit increases to +40% at level 11, then +60% at level 17.
Enhanced shot
Starting at level 5, Rosalia fires an enhanced shot with her currently equipped attack on every 10th shot.
- The enhanced laser attack deals 25 Plasma-type damage (allowing it to damage Lead before level 13), has 12 pierce, inflicts knockback for 0.5 seconds, and inflicts shock damage over time that deals 3 Plasma-type damage per 0.95 seconds for 9 seconds. It deals +25 damage to Bloons already shocked by her enhanced lasers or by Dartling Gunners with Laser Shock (not Laser Cannon or further upgrades), and Dartling Gunners with Laser Shock deal extra damage to Bloons shocked by her enhanced lasers. Its pierce and damage do not change as Rosalia levels up, unlike her regular laser attack.
- Starting at level 13, enhanced lasers no longer deal any damage or knockback, instead becoming seeking projectiles that inflict pushback on all Bloons, can rehit Bloons every 0.1 seconds, and have 200 pierce, functioning similarly to MOAB Press. Upon expiring, enhanced lasers generate an explosion that deals 70 Plasma-type damage over a 30-unit radius, has 40 pierce, and inflicts knockback and damage over time in the same way as the previous level. It deals +70 damage to Bloons shocked by her level 13 enhanced lasers or by Laser Cannon only, and Laser Cannon deals extra damage to Bloons shocked by her level 13 enhanced lasers.
- The enhanced grenade attack fires three grenades at a time, spread over a 45° angle. The grenades have the same properties as her regular grenade attack at her current level. Starting at level 13, it fires four grenades instead of three, with the same spread.

Aircraft Efficiency
Starting at level 6, Rosalia provides a 10% discount to the base cost and upgrade costs of Monkey Ace and Heli Pilot landing ports within range of her workshop. This does not apply to Paragon upgrades.
Guardian Automaton
At level 20, Rosalia provides a 30% discount to The Anti-Bloon if the Super Monkey is within range of her workshop.
Abilities
Scatter Missile
Scatter Missile unlocks at level 3. Upon activation, it locks onto a target depending on Rosalia's targeting option at the moment of activation, then her workshop launches missiles at the target every 0.25 seconds for 5 seconds (for 20 missiles in total). Each missile explodes on impact, dealing 5 Explosion-type damage over an 18-unit blast radius with 50 pierce, and they stun non-MOAB-Class Bloons for 1 second. The missiles are randomly spread around the target over a 40-unit radius. This ability has a 45-second cooldown.
The missile explosions benefit from both More 'Splody and 
Big Bloon Blueprints (despite not being a "main attack").

Flight Boost
Flight Boost unlocks at level 7. Flight Boost upon use has Rosalia move in front of targets that can be switched up with Rosalia's targeting option during use, while Rosalia herself also uses both weapons at once. Rosalia notably has erratic strafing while in front of her current target. Her unequipped weapon will not charge up and therefore will not fire enhanced attacks.
Upon the 20 second duration finishing up, Rosalia will move back to her designated position as if following a movement order, complete with the movement order being locked out for a second. If the movement order is already selected with the new position being prompted for, the designated position can be changed to get around this.
Monkey Aces and Heli Pilots with their ports near Rosalia's workshop will also gain increased flight speed, moving 30% faster.
Flight Boost has a cooldown of 45 seconds, decreased to 35 seconds starting from Level 18.
Kinetic Charge
Kinetic Charge unlocks at level 10. Kinetic Charge deploys a drone-powered bomb that waits for one second before deploying against an on-screen blimp target once applicable, affected by Rosalia's current targeting options. The bomb will continually latch onto the first child of the target if the target's current layer is destroyed. It goes off after 10 seconds after latching on by default, if the last layer of the target is destroyed, or if the target has taken quadruple the default damage; the explosion has 50 radius and Explosion type damage, and 500 pierce. The damage per threat is at a default of 1500, increased to 4000 at Level 20. The add-on damage is equal to the amount of damage done to the target that the bomb is latched onto, capping at double the default damage (4500 before Level 20, 12000 at Level 20). The damage from the explosion will not skip layers. A waiting bomb lasts for 60 seconds and can carry over one round, expiring whichever comes first.
Kinetic Charge has a cooldown of 75 seconds, decreased to 60 seconds starting from Level 16.

Rosalia is a versatile hero with a fairly strong early-game with her laser's high damage, and later on can knock back blimps, and if needed the grenades can assist cleanup of weaker clumps. Most of her power comes from her lasers, with the grenade mostly used to assist grouped cleanup. She excels on maps with one active entrance per round, and for maps with simultaneous lanes she can focus on one lane with her laser. Her 10% discounts to Ace and Heli assist affording expensive T5's, such as Flying Fortress and Apache Prime. Scatter Missile is efficient at cleaning up a tough clump of Bloons, and very high pierce-damage that excels on Race Events. Flight Boost improves her effective range, though it struggles on maps with more than one active lane. Kinetic Charge improves her single-target damage. Level 20 Anti-Bloon discount is pointless, as by the time she unlocks it, many other better T5's could be bought instead.
