Cripple MOAB is the Sniper Monkey's path 1 tier 5 upgrade in Bloons TD 6. Bullets shot deal 200 damage per hit and 15 extra damage to Ceramic bloons and it also has an area effect that deals 28 damage to up to 100 bloons where the bullet hits (up to a distance of 8).
THe main shot will stun MOAB-class bloons for a brief period of time: MOAB bloons are stunned for 7 seconds, BFB bloons are stunned for 3.0s and if able to hit camo, DDT bloons will be stunned for 4.0s. Neither BAD bloons nor Boss bloons can be stunned. The main bullet will also temporarly debuff MOAB-class bloons, crippling them and making them take +5 flat damage from any other attack from any tower. The cripple debuff last for the same amount of time as the stun, BAD bloons and Boss bloons will be crippled for 0.75s The area damage will neither stun nor cripple any MOAB-class bloons and cannot hit camo bloons unless camo detection is granted

Strategy
Middle path crosspath is better for group damage as the shrapenel can hit several bloons and stun and cripple moabs, while bottom path crosspath is better for single target damage. Middle path also grants camo detection, allowing this tower to hit, stun and cripple DDTs.
Cripple moab is great for late-game rounds or high difficulty boss tiers, as the debuff will help any other damage-dealing towers, plus grant some extra damage. A tower with similar effects is the Glue storm, which is significantly cheaper but gives a less powerful debuff of only +2 damage. In these cases where single target damage is preffered, bottom path crosspath should be bought, alongside a Monkey village with the Jungle drums upgrade for almost full debuff uptime on bosses and BADs.
Towers that benefit the most from the crippled debuff are those which shoot lots of low-damage projectiles like Sky shredder.
