Compared to towers that [[decamo]] Bloons and temporary camo-granting sources, Radar Scanner has guaranteed uptime (except versus [[Phayze]], for only 50% uptime), while only requiring towers to be in its range. It's still more expensive than most decamos or camo-granting sources, so early-game camo-popping is still necessary.
