Large Calibre is the Sniper Monkey's path 1 tier 2 upgrade in Bloons TD 6.
Bullets now deal 7 damage instead of 4. This is enough to one-shot any Zebra Bloon, Lead Bloon or below and can pop Rainbow Bloons into 8 Red Bloons.
If given Shrapnel Shot, shrapnel deals 3 damage instead of 2.
This path can be further upgraded into Deadly Precision.

All of the higher middle path upgrades will deal 2 damage with the shrapnel, and all of the Sniper Monkey's base damage is increased to 7.
Strategy
If able to afford, it is usually worth it to upgrade any relevant sniper monkey. A 2-0-0 sniper monkey can help to defeat the round 40 MOAB.
