Glue Soak is the Glue Gunner's path 1 tier 1 upgrade in Bloons TD 6. This upgrade allows the Glue Gunner's glue to apply to all layers of a Bloon instead of wearing off after popping the top three layers. Its glue cannot soak through MOAB-Class Bloon layers, even when it is able to target and glue them, with exception of Glue Strike and Glue Storm abilities with this crosspath.

Strategy
When used as a standalone tower, Glue Soak is decent for the early-game, providing strong utility for high-health Bloons, particularly multi-children Bloons such as the Zebra Bloons of Round 26 and Rainbow Bloons of Round 35, to slow down faster children without needing to re-glue them. Its extra soaking is less useful on Yellows and Pinks, as the Reds and Blues are often slow enough for most towers to keep up.
It is recommended to use the second-path upgrades, so it can soak more Bloons. Bigger Globs is an efficient upgrade suited for hitting multiple Bloons for the early-game.
When used for a crosspath to a higher-tier upgrade, most of them use Glue Soak for Corrosive Glue. Glue Strike, however, does not need Corrosive Glue if it's only for soaking debuffs and glue into blimp children, which it does well at if towers attack fast enough that the uptime of Stickier Glue becomes insignificant. MOAB Glue, Relentless Glue, and Super Glue suffer from low pierce, and their inability to soak blimp layers makes Glue Soak a suboptimal crosspath.
