Advanced Targeting alone is usually only bought just for the cheap camo detection from an existing Dartling Gunner, but helps make its next upgrade, Faster Barrel Spin, become the better crosspath for most higher-tier Dartlings. It can be a cheap spammable camo detector with long range and decent firing rate.
