Brickell is the first purely-water based hero in the game (Pat Fusty can be placed on both water and land). She drops sea mines into the water, which will home in on Bloons near them. She also has a revolver that pops one Bloon at a time.
Starting at Level 8, she can passively buff nearby water towers, granting +1 pierce.

Pistol
Brickell's pistol deals 3 damage from levels 1-5, increasing to 6 damage from levels 6-11, 12 damage from levels 12-14, 18 damage from levels 15-16, and 40 damage at level 17.
Brickell's pistol is able to naturally detect Camo Bloons at level 7.

Abilities
Naval Tactics
Naval Tactics is unlocked at level 3. When activated, all nearby water towers (including herself) in Brickell’s range gain 50% Cooldown (the equivalent of 200% attack speed for 8 seconds, with a 50 second cooldown. It gains the following benefits as Brickell levels up:
Blast Chain is unlocked at level 7. When activated, Brickell’s sea mines have half Attack Cooldown and doubled Projectile speed for 10 seconds, with a 45-second cooldown.
Mega Mine
Mega Mine is unlocked at level 10. Brickell deploys a massive mine that does 4000 Damage with 100 Pierce that stuns the Bloon for 5 seconds if it survives. The damage does not soak through layers. Has a lifespan of either 150 seconds or 4 rounds depending on which comes first. Has a 60 second ability cooldown. It gains the following benefits as Brickell levels up:

Mega Mine: Explosion is no longer has its vision blocked by map line of sight
Brickell has shown exceptional high level performance, while not fitting in as any intended strong early solo carry. Her base cost has been increased so she won’t come into early play, and Lv20 Mega Mine is having its damage taken down to not quite decimate late game somuch. In return she will have much more pierce, and as it is mainly a niche utility we also want Blast Chain to be available more often. — Update notes
We still want a little more out of Brickell’s single target Revolver attack as it’s the least exciting per of her arsenal so are decreasing the attack cooldown, however her mega mine ability also performs exceptionally well throughout all moab rounds so we want to slightly increase its final cooldown instead — Update notes
Brickell’s Mega Mine has had a MOAB Pierce penalty added to reduce dominant MOAB destruction without also filling up on Ceramics. Additionally she's received small Bloon cleanup buffs with her high powered revolver attack now piercing Bloons in the area, and Blast Chain reducing Sea Mine targeting delay even further. — Update notes
