Monkey Intelligence Bureau is the Monkey Village's path 2 tier 3 upgrade in Bloons TD 6. It grants towers the capability to pop Black, White, Purple, Lead, and Frozen properties,[fn 1] giving them the equivalent of Normal damage type. This buff also grants targeting of Lead and Purple properties (e.g. Psi before level 6 or 11), but will not grant targeting of other bloon properties, including Frozen.

Monkey Intelligence Bureau is a simple but expensive solution to countering Bloon properties; its strength compared to alternatives is its 100% uptime and lack of reliance on timing. Most use cases for Monkey Intelligence Bureau is to allow towers to counter the Lead and Black properties of DDTs, and occasionally to prevent backfiring against Frozen Bloons (e.g. Snowstorm).
