Faster Throwing is the Alchemist's path 3 tier 1 upgrade in Bloons TD 6. This upgrade reduces the Alchemist's attack cooldown of every attack by 20% (for an attack speed increase of 25%). The main potion is thrown every 1.6 seconds instead of 2.

This increased attack speed includes:

• The throwing speed of buff potions by Acidic Mixture Dip and subsequent upgrades. AMD potions are thrown every 8 seconds instead of 10, and brews every 6.4 seconds instead of 8.
• The Alchemist's eye beams while under its own Transforming Tonic or Total Transformation ability, from 0.03 to 0.024 seconds.
• The unstable potion from Unstable Concoction, from 6 to 4.8 seconds.

Not a very cost-efficient upgrade for what it does offensively, being less efficient than another Alchemist, so it must be crosspathed to be worth it. It is often used for path 1 Alchemist's buffing potions to increase its rate, but more notable on Permanent Brew. Path 2's Unstable Concoction have more consistency against faster blimps and has a better rate of application than Larger Potions if given at least +2 flat pierce from other sources, while Transforming Tonic and Total Transformation use this crosspath when needing more single-target damage instead of pierce.
