Radar Scanner is the Monkey Village's path 2 tier 2 upgrade in Bloons TD 6. It grants Camo detection to all towers in its range, allowing their attacks to target and hit Camo Bloons. It also grants the Village itself Camo detection, allowing Advanced Intel to target Camo Bloons inside its range.

Strategy

A simple but effective camo detection source, which is important after early Camos, and it's recommend to purchase it from round 42 onwards. Compared to decamo and temporary camo-granting sources, Radar Scanner has guaranteed uptime (except versus Phayze, for only 50% uptime), while only requiring towers to be in its range. It's still more expensive than most decamos or camo-granting sources, so early-game camo-popping is still necessary.
