Monkey Intelligence Bureau is the Monkey Village's path 2 tier 3 upgrade in Bloons TD 6. This upgrade unlocks an additional buff applied to towers within range that causes all their projectiles, damage over time, and other sources of damage to deal Normal-type damage, effectively allowing them to ignore all Bloon immunities. This allows some towers that cannot target immune Bloons to become able to target them; for example, this allows Psi to target Lead Bloons and Purple Bloons before levels 6 and 11, respectively (but does not allow them to target Ceramic Bloons before level 7, as that does not depend on Psi's damage type). For the most part, mechanics that apply to projectiles with specific damage types (such as Sharpening Stone, Flint Tips, and Galvanic Conduit's first and second combo effects) ignore this buff; they still apply to projectiles that have the corresponding damage types by default.

Strategy
editMonkey Intelligence Bureau is a simple but expensive solution to countering Bloon properties; its main strength compared to alternatives is the lack of reliance on timing, due to its 100% uptime buffs. However, cheaper supports, such as Glue Strike and Embrittlement, are more cost-efficient and provide extra benefits. For dedicated strategies revolving around specific towers, it is preferred to use specific Hero buffs (e.g. Gwendolin, Striker Jones), or use Glue Storm to handle DDTs (which is able to cover all DDT rounds in CHIMPS, including round 95).
Most of the time, MIB is used to counter the Lead and Black properties of DDTs, or prevent anti-synergy with Frozen Bloons (e.g. Snowstorm, Silas). This buff also opens up crosspaths that are much stronger than the one that pops all Bloon types (e.g. 5-2-0 Glaive Lord over 5-0-2). In niche uses, it can be used on a high-pierce tower that only has damage type weaknesses, such as Recursive Cluster in Races when better options (e.g. 4-0-2 MOAR Glaives or Ice Shards) are not available.
