Central Market is the Banana Farm's path 3 tier 4 upgrade in Bloons TD 6. It increases the amount of cash generated by Marketplace from $20 per collection to $70, for a total of +$1,120 per round before crosspathing. Increased Production and Greater Production each increase the number of collections per round by 2. Long Life Bananas does nothing to Central Market, but Valuable Bananas increases the value of each collection by +25% (+30% with 
More Valuable Bananas). Also, each Central Market provides all Merchantmen and subsequent upgrades +10% increased income. This buff to merchantmen stacks additively with multiple Central Markets, and has a maximum benefit of +100%.
Central Markets generate 3 lives at the end of each round with 
Healthy Bananas.

Strategy
Central Markets are an integral part of farming strategies which involve Trade Empire, as they increase the cash generated by path 3 boats by +10% each. Trade Empire combined with 20 Favored Trades and 10 Central Markets is among the most effective farming methods, while also helping significantly with defense on most maps where it is viable. Once 10 Central Markets are placed, even Merchantmen which are not buffed by Trade Empire become super efficient due to having their income doubled. This strategy is effective on maps with lots of water such as Spice Islands and Luminous Cove, and poor on maps with little to no water. It can still be used on waterless maps thanks to Lord of the Abyss, but is an inefficient choice due to the high price of the tier 5 Mermonkey. This can also be done with portable pools.
Outside of Trade Empire strategies, Central Market fits a similar function as Marketplace. It can be used as a set-and-forget farming tower, or as a stepping stone to be sold for expensive farms such as Banana Central. Central Market is slightly less cost efficient than Marketplace, but more space efficient which may be valuable when trying to fit farms in range of Favored Trades and/or Monkey City.
