Semi-Automatic is the Sniper Monkey's path 3 tier 3 upgrade in Bloons TD 6. It reduces the Sniper Monkey's attack cooldown by ~66.67%, effectively tripling its attack speed. With this upgrade, Sniper Monkey shoots ~6.12× faster than if it had no upgrades.

Strategy
Semi-Automatic's two crosspaths serve very different roles. Both crosspaths are concentrated versions of lower-tier Snipers, with its much higher attack speed significantly improving reliability. 0-2-3 is geared towards popping groups of bloons, provided it faces against them, while 2-0-3 offers accurate single-target damage.
0-2-3 is a decent tower for the early mid-game, dealing good and well-rounded damage on maps where it can be placed to shoot Bloons while they travel toward it (such as Infernal). However, it falls apart on maps where such placements are not available, such as Bloody Puddles and #Ouch. The 0-2-3 Semi-Automatic pairs very well with a 3-2-0 Berserker Brew, which grants much-needed damage, pierce, and attack speed.
The 2-0-3 Semi-Automatic is tailored towards mid-game MOABs. However, it struggles against groups of MOABs, making it not optimal for this purpose. While the 2-0-3 Semi-Automatic can be used against early-game Lead Bloons and Zebra Bloons, it is too expensive and struggles immensely to Round 36.
