Twin Sixes is the Desperado's path 1 tier 4 upgrade in Bloons TD 6. This upgrade doubles the number of shots the Desperado fires per burst (from 6 to 12), halves the time it takes to unload each burst of shots (from 0.1 to 0.05 seconds), and increases the damage of each shot from 2 to 6. The time it takes to unload a full burst is effectively unchanged from Big Iron, and the cooldown after unloading all shots remains unchanged. Visually, it has two revolvers and alternates between them when firing.

For its price, Twin Sixes has solid single-target damage but struggles against groups of Bloons, making cleanup towers necessary. It benefits from being far from the track to maximize speed bonuses of both Quickdraw and Standoff (especially against single targets). Bounty Hunter is beneficial with Twin Sixes, doubling its single-target damage; multiple Twin Sixes are cheaper for this role than The Blazing Sun if cleanup is not a concern.
4-2-0 is generally better as crits can one-shot Ceramics and improves its average DPS more than 4-0-2 when attacking from afar. 4-0-2's speed buffs are less effective even in optimal scenarios, as Desperado's attack speed is limited by the fixed rate of the bursts.
