Razor Rotors is the Heli Pilot's path 1 tier 3 upgrade in Bloons TD 6. It grants Heli Pilot a new razor rotor attack. This attack is a damage aura with a radius of 35 units around the Heli Pilot. It deals 2 damage, has 10 pierce, and has an attack cooldown of 0.45 seconds (0.3 seconds with 
Rapid Razors). The Rotor blade attack can damage all bloon types.

Razor Rotors partially carries early midgame on a variety of non-simultaneous lane maps, cleaning up small amounts of bloons quickly and popping all bloon types. Razor Rotors can fly anywhere on screen, having little trouble on maps with range issues. However, it does still struggle against dense groups of bloons, and falls off hard on any simultaneous lane map, and offers only pure damage with no utility.
On Contested Territory, Razor Rotors especially stands out for its reliable popping of all non-Camo types, and Camos with 3-2-0. Thus, Razor Rotors stands out the most on Least Tiers tiles when given support against R43+ Ceramics and R50+ MOABs. On Least Cash, Razor Rotors is an easy choice compared to combinations of cheap T1-T3 towers. It also transitions decently into Apache Dartship, to carry further into the midgame.
