The Ballistic Obliteration Missile Bunker's main attack slowly fires slow moving, but heavy hitting homing missiles that stun and pushback Bloons, spawning eight cluster bombs on contact, each of which also spawns eight sub-cluster bombs. It deals extremely high damage, enough to destroy a BAD layer in three shots on round 100. It has the Normal damage type, but cannot detect Camo Bloons without Ascended Shadow granting it Camo detection. It has an Activated and Passive Ability:
Indomitable Surface-to-Air Ballistic Missile — Fires a missile that slowly seeks out its target, leaving a trail of explosions that pushback MOAB-Class Bloons, and finally generating a large explosion when it reaches its main target. Losing lives partially reduces its cooldown, and Striker Jones's Artillery Command ability resets it.
Blitz Tactical Storm — A stronger version of Bomb Blitz's Bomb Storm, triggering upon losing lives or a Bloon attempting to leak. It visually rains missiles over the whole map, dealing extreme damage to most Bloons (including Camo Bloons) but dealing reduced damage to BADs and Boss Bloons.
The BOMB's main attack fires seeking missiles, alternating between firing from its left and right side cannons, with a slow attack speed but fairly high range (68). The missiles explode and launch eight cluster bombs in a circle on contact, then each cluster bomb also explodes and launches eight sub-cluster bombs after traveling a short distance, then each sub-cluster bomb also generates its own explosion after traveling a short distance. Unlike Recursive Cluster, the BOMB's sub-clusters are separate projectiles that each produce explosions; together, each shot produces a total of 73 explosions.
The primary bomb's explosion inflicts 20 units of pushback and stuns Bloons hit for 3 seconds, the cluster bombs' explosions only stun Bloons, and the sub-cluster bombs do not inflict any additional effects. All of the explosions have the Normal damage type, and carry over one round. Both the primary and cluster explosions have 30 radius each, while the sub-cluster explosions each have 15 radius.
The BOMB's Activated Ability fires an Indomitable Surface-to-Air Ballistic Missile[1] (ISABM for short) from its center that seeks out a target Bloon. It chooses a target according to the BOMB's targeting option at the time of activation, ignoring line of sight and with infinite range, and if its target disappears before it reaches it, it chooses a different target using the same targeting option it used initially. It can only be activated if there is a Bloon on-screen that it can target. Additionally, after activation, the player cannot activate the ability again until the ISABM expires.
The ISABM moves slowly, but has a very fast midair turning speed. It creates a small explosion under it every 0.25 seconds (unaffected by attack speed modifiers) that inflicts 20 units of pushback, and it detonates upon hitting its target or after nine seconds, dealing damage in a large area and stunning Bloons hit for 5 seconds. The radius of each small explosion is 35, and the final explosion has 60 radius.
This ability has a base cooldown of 30 seconds. Its cooldown reduces by 10 seconds each time a life is lost (including shield lives and Soul Barrier lives), with a minimum of 1 second between each life loss.
At Degree 1:
Each small explosion does 500 damage, +9500 MOAB-Class damage, and has 60 pierce.
The final explosion does 150,000 damage and has 40 pierce.
The BOMB's passive ability, Blitz Tactical Storm,[1] works very similarly to Bomb Blitz's Bomb Storm, activating upon losing a life (including shield lives and Soul Barrier lives) or when Bloons attempt to leak. It hits all Bloons on-screen (including Camo Bloons), dealing enough damage to instantly destroy any Bloon type except MOAB Test Bloons and Golden Bloons, but it only deals 20,000 damage to BADs and Boss Bloons. It is not considered a projectile; it does not have a pierce limit, but its damage is unaffected by Degree. It has a base cooldown of 120 seconds.

Use cases versus other paragons? (Esp post-53 update)

Best degrees?
Re-examine boss matchups
Determine if Ascended Shadow gives full uptime to BOMB (Paragons are supposedly unaffected by the Camo steal)
Ballistic Obliteration Missile Bunker fulfills the role of an expensive paragon that is simpler to understand compared to others at a similar price point. Despite this, its slow attack speed makes it struggle to clean up smaller bloons and popping DDTs. BOMB should mainly be used as a supportive, high damage Paragon against BADs and Bosses, and should be paired with more consistent damaging Paragons (such as Glaive Dominus or Magus Perfectus). Setting it on Strong is most preferable outside of Dreadbloon, where First should be used.
BOMB's passive ability can potentially save the player against leaking blimps, but its long cooldown means it should be only used as a last resort. Its life loss synergy with cooldown reductions is useful with Ezili's Totem, though in Boss Events it is not the best Hero synergy compared to Geraldo's Paragon Power Totems for extra Paragon degrees.
BOMB's best matchup is Lych due to both its active and passive abilities being able to instantly kill Lych's Soul. When timed right, the soul will be killed at the same time as Lych reaches a skull from a single activated ability. BOMB's worst matchups are Blastapopoulos, whose ability debuffs are especially detrimental to the BOMB's passive ability protecting against leaked Bloons, and Phayze, because of BOMB's lack of Camo detection. Against most Bosses, the passive can avoid a potentially fatal leak from natural Bloons, notably from Vortex and Phayze.
Higher Degrees is essential as it improves its consistency and overall popping power for its main attack and greatly enhances its activated and passive abilites, making the activated ability more spammable and deal significantly greater overall damage; and the passive ability having a lower cooldown between leaks. To maximize degrees from pops, the majority of them should come from a mixture of Bomb Blitz, Recursive Clusters, MOAB Eliminator, and MOAB Assassins. For cheapest T2 and T3 crosspaths for the most tiers, use 0-2-2 and 0-2-3. The cheapest Tier 4 for the most tiers is 0-2-4 Recursive Cluster, and for the most expensive use 2-4-0 Assassins.

Due to an error on our end the BOMB gained Camo Detection mid event, we apologize for the disruption caused to this event, it is not the intention and has now been corrected — Update notes

Main attack and ISABM ability: Cannot longer detect Camo Bloons (bug fix)
Note: Blitz Tactical Storm still affects Camo Bloons
Similar to previous changes for abilities on paragons, as Bomb Paragon’s main attack is quite slow we have decided to tilt its power more directly to MOABs than just bosses. So its damage & MOAB Damage bonuses are being scaled up so that outside of the ability it should hit for much chunkier explosions whenever it attacks. — Update notes

Main explosion: Damage increased ― 210 → 250
Main explosion: Bonus damage to MOAB-Class Bloons increased ― +2,100 → +2,500
Bomb Paragon is in a spot it seems to perform well, but it still doesn’t see a good spotlight in boss events so we’ve scaled up the Boss Bonuses with a bump in price. — Update notes

Paragon cost increased ― $600,000 → $650,000
Main attack explosion: Bonus damage to bosses increased ― +2,500 → +3,500
In the update notes for version 49.0, Ninja Kiwi stated that they would add a new Paragon or Boss Bloon, depending on community feedback, in version 52.0.[2] Ninja Kiwi ultimately decided on the Bomb Shooter Paragon; however, in the update notes for version 50.0, they stated that they would add it in version 51.0 instead and concept art was already made for it.[3]
The preview for version 51.0 revealed the final name of the Ballistic Obliteration Missile Bunker and an in-depth explanation of its mechanics and concept of being expensive but simple to understand.[1] The early access video depicts it having innate Camo detection via only its explosions (but not the attack itself),[4] but the early access videos indicate it lacks Camo detection. They later released a teaser video of the Paragon on TikTok.[5]
Bomb Shooter's Ballistic Obliteration Missile Bunker or B.O.M.B. for short!
Anti-MOAB clustering stun bombs. MOABs? Gone.
Pop that BAD in only 3 shots? You got it!
Spammable Anti-Boss assassination missile? Consider it done.
All the small stuff? *ahem* weee-have backup for that
Ok, jokes aside we wanted to add something expensive but simple to understand into the primary category of Paragons, and the Bomb Shooter paragon feels like it accomplishes this with 1 attack, 1 active ability, and yes 1 passive ability.
Slow firing but heavy hitting main attack fires homing missiles that explode with force that stuns & pushes back Bloons and bursts into a cluster of powerful explosions, each of which will always burst into further clusters.
The Bomb Paragon’s ability fires an Indomitable Surface-to-Air Ballistic Missile (ISABM) which slowly travels through the air leaving a trail of explosions that would be pushing back any MOABs they pass over (If any MOABs were to somehow survive it passing over) until coming into contact with its designated target in one final powerful explosion. Also hey, leaking lives partially resets the cooldown, so go ahead and be a bit reckless!
Blitz Tactical Storm. Yea it’s Bombest Blitzier, just a wee bit stronger of a Bomb Blitz, nothing crazy here… Although, I guess we can mention early that Bomb Blitz itself has been balance changed so that it can now hit the leaking target that triggers it and can potentially prevent any life loss, and that of course carries up to this paragon version as well - this is exhilarating, get excited!
The Bomb Shooter's upgrade menu in Ethan Reid's video
The Ballistic Obliteration Missile Bunker was tentatively named the Supreme Missile Platform when it was revealed in the update notes for version 50.0.[3] Ethan Reid's early access video was taken from an earlier build where the Ballistic Obliteration Missile Bunker is named the Oblivion Missile Silo and uses a recolored MOAB Eliminator portrait as a placeholder.[6] This early name is also partially visible in the official update video, when the Bomb Shooter's upgrade panel appears for a few frames during a transition, but the name is mostly obscured by the transition. The Oblivion Missile Silo's description is mostly the same, except it uses the abbreviation "OMS" instead of "BOMB". In the full release, the in-game description of the Ballistic Obliteration Missile Bunker in most of the non-English language options still refered to it as the "OMS", which has since been patched several updates later. Likewise, the Paragon name in many non-English language options had referred to it by some variation of "Oblivion Missile Silo". According to Ninja Kiwi's 31st October 2025 blog, BOMB had no other names during its development stages.[7]
The ISABM ability is strongly implied to reference ISAB, a Bloons content creator who primarily posts Bloons TD 6 videos on YouTube.[8]
In the update 51.0 preview video, the BOMB was able to detect Camo. Later seen in early access footage, only its passive ability could pop Camo. However, it received full Camo detection due to a bug in version 51.1, which was then corrected in 51.2.
According to a Ninja Kiwi blog post, at least three monkeys operate the BOMB while it is deployed.
