Wanderer is the Desperado's path 3 tier 1 upgrade in Bloons TD 6. It increases the Desperado's attack speed by 30%, but reduces it by 10% for every tower within its range except itself (to a minimum of 0% extra attack speed). If the Desperado has additional weapons, each weapon is only affected by towers within its own range; for example, a tower within range of Deadeye's rifle, but not the pistol, will only reduce the speed of the rifle attack.
