Marked to Pop ability: Marks extra Bloons, then proceeds to attack all Marked Bloons. Marked Bloons take more damage and give more cash. All Desperados can target Marked Bloons.

Bounty Hunter is the Desperado's path 2 tier 4 upgrade in Bloons TD 6. It unlocks a non-damaging attack that places marks on Bloons, the Marked to Pop Activated Ability, and an improved version of the Take Aim ability. If at least one Bounty Hunter is present, it grants all Desperados the capability to prioritize marked Bloons.
Mechanics
Marking attack
The marking attack places a mark on up to 2 target Bloons every 6 seconds. Marked Bloons take double damage from Desperados and give twice as much cash per pop (affected by cash per pop modifiers in later rounds), but it only affects one layer. It can affect MOAB-Class Bloons, though they do not display any visual indication that they are affected. This attack is affected by attack speed modifiers, but cannot have its attack speed reduced to be below 3 seconds. It has the same range as the rifle and is active regardless of which weapon the Desperado is currently using.
Mark prioritization
If there is at least one Desperado with the Bounty Hunter upgrade on the map, all Desperados gain a Monkey Special that causes them to prioritize marked Bloons when enabled. This option disappears if the only Desperado with this upgrade or Golden Justice on the map is removed.
Marked to Pop
Marked to Pop is an Activated Ability that temporarily stops all the Desperado's other attacks, switching it to a non-damaging attack that rapidly marks Bloons for 2 seconds (marking up to 30 Bloons without any attack speed modifiers), then switching it to an attack that rapidly attacks only marked Bloons for 1 second, before returning it to using its other attacks. Both attacks have infinite range, but can only target Bloons within line of sight. The second attack deals 30 damage per hit (before the damage multiplier from being marked), can damage all Bloon types, and has a chance to crit for 4× damage (like all attacks with Bullseye).
Both of this ability's attacks benefit from Quickdraw, Standoff, Wanderer, and Nomad in the same way as the pistol and rifle attacks.
Take Aim
Bounty Hunter has an improved version of Deadeye's Take Aim ability. It applies +50% range instead of +25%, reduces spread by 80% instead of 50%, and allows the affected tower to damage Black Bloons, White Bloons, and Purple Bloons.

Strategy
Bounty Hunter is a major farming support tower, with its Take Aim ability being able to increase Monkey City range to cover more Banana Farms in the transition to Monkeyopolis. It can also directly make income when combined with blimp instakills, namely XXXL Trap and Pirate Lord, as the marked status is not applied to multiple layers. It is not very effective compared to conventional farming methods, however.
Outside of farming, the marked status help Desperados deal much more damage to single targets, such as against Rounds 60, 80, and 100. The improved Take Aim's temporary Bloon weakness removal assists towers such as The Biggest One (versus DDTs), Recursive Cluster, Arctic Knight, and Ring of Fire, in addition to extra range and Camo detection. It is also a solid choice on Monkey Villages, such as spreading Monkey Commerce buffs further.
2-4-0 is usually the better crosspath due to its large synergy with Quickdraw's speed buffs when attacking far targets, plus better single-target damage via Standoff, compared to 0-4-2 which is more consistent against groups instead.

Mid-path desperado’s pistol was intended to be a soft ‘minimum range’, but implementation was confusing and frustrating to use, somehow again right after Wolfy’s recent struggles (fun videos those), we decided to work on improving the first timer's desperado experience for this path. The Rifle weapon will now always take priority and shoot first over the pistol if there are targets within Rifle radius, HOWEVER, pistol range is now a true deadzone that the rifle cannot target within.
