Glue Hose is a consistent method of slowing clumps of bloons, and serves two very different roles depending on its crosspath. It's mostly used as a stepping stone to Glue Strike.
The 0-3-2 Glue Hose is tailored for Super Ceramic Bloons past Round 80 because improved Bloon slow and glue duration makes it more efficient against Super Ceramics. 2-3-0 is better in the mid-game because it can soak through layers and deal some additional damage to bloons. Both are fairly effective as ceramic control towers but the tower is only worth using if upgrading into a Glue Strike later, so the crosspath should primarily be chosen based on that instead. Note that in time-sensitive situations it is recommended to buy it uncrosspathed before the T4 and crosspaths, so the initial cooldown can begin sooner.

With an expensive tier 2 and the T3 breaking the $3k mark Glue Hose doesn’t feel justifiable a lot of the time so base cost is being shifted up to T4.

Glue Gunner has also had a number of price changes aimed at improving the middle path / crosspathing while avoiding improving MOAB Glue. We’ve already found interesting uses for the top path change so keen to hear about your cool use cases.

Glue Storm is fantastic now however buildup tiers into it feel they serve little point at all, we're shifting price out of Glue Soak into MOAB Glue and from Glue Hose into Glue Strike so these weaker upgrades can come by sooner.

Glue Splatter stands out as weirdly expensive for T2, and is rarely even needed so we’re significantly cutting its price to bring it down to a more affordable range with less pierce, we hope this should make it more worth considering for splatter coverage over piercing.

Splatter: Pierce bonus reduced ― +4 → +3 - Note: Total pierce reduced from 6 to 5; the initial impact can glue exactly 1 bloon, and the old pierce from x-1-x is treated as 2 to the splatter
Eject points moved for most upgrade combinations
“
As it only increases attack speed and Glue Splatter already hits the majority of targets with no trouble this leaves Glue Hose not feeling that compelling, as this path becomes the full map glue anyway we felt we could improve tower range along this path as well.
