Bigger Stacks is the Spike Factory's path 1 tier 1 upgrade in Bloons TD 6. It increases the pierce of new spike piles. For most Spike Factories, the pierce increases from 5 to 10. The pierce of Carpet of Spikes increases from 10 to 15, while the pierce bonus of Perma-Spike is +35, from 50 to 85. Despite its name, the spike piles don't have a larger radius.

Bigger Stacks provides a significant pierce gain, allowing each spike pile to pop more bloons. For lower tiers, this is (ignoring external buffs such as One More Spike) a +100% pierce bonus for tanking bloons, an efficient crosspath for its cost. It remains a favorable crosspath for tanking bloons throughout the entire bottom path upgrades. MOAB SHREDR and above benefit from Bigger Stacks as a direct DPS crosspath, with thicker piles that more reliably take down MOAB-class bloons, in addition to an inexpensive lead-popping successor, White Hot Spikes. Although Perma-Spike only gains +70% pierce from this crosspath, it's still more efficient at generating spikes than the 0-2-5's +66% attack speed, but roughly equal when basic external pierce buffs (e.g. Abyssal Warrior and Berserker Brew) are involved. Likewise, Carpet of Spikes still usually favors this crosspath despite only gaining +50% pierce, as the 0-5-1's lifespan and 0-5-2's lane-switching are rarely more impactful.
