Strategy
Faster Reload sees niche use in the early game of Race Events, or to more reliably catch Leads in 2MPC challenges. Otherwise, it is only recommended as a stepping stone or as a crosspath to Tier 3 and above Mortars, in which case, upgrading further to Rapid Reload is recommended.
