Echosense Precision is the Mermonkey's path 3 tier 1 upgrade in Bloons TD 6. This upgrade grants all of the Mermonkey's attacks Camo detection and allows its tridents to home in on Bloons within 80 units from any direction.
Crosspathing with Trident Swiftness increases the tridents' rotation rate while seeking to compensate for their increased movement speed, while crosspathing with Riptide Champion reduces their rotation rate to counterbalance their reduced movement speed. With Arctic Knight, it also reduces the random spread angle of its Ice Jet ability from 30° to 10°, but with Popseidon, it no longer reduces the ability's spread, instead increasing the spread angle of its side tridents (not the wavelets) from 45° to 60°.

Strategy

A relatively helpful upgrade for cheap camo detection and seeking of tridents. It's often a preferred crosspath for middle path for more reliable damage scaling, unless versus swarms, or fairly useful for top path for the innate camo detection and potential to upgrade to Echosense Network for extra range. For lower-tier upgrades, it's helpful for early-game camo detection and improved accuracy versus spaced bloons.
