Snowstorm is the Ice Monkey's path 2 tier 4 upgrade in Bloons TD 6. The Ice Monkey gains +10 range (which also benefits the Arctic Wind's freeze aura).
It also gains the Snowstorm Ability, which deals 1 damage to all bloons on screen (including MOAB class bloons), and then freezes all bloons for 6 seconds (with exceptions, see Snowstorm Ability section).

Snowstorm Ability
The ability has a 30 second cooldown, and starts with a cooldown of 10 seconds.
Before freezing, it deals 1 damage to all bloons on screen (except for bloons with lead property if it can't pop lead, which can be obtained with external buffs or Cold Snap crosspath). This damage can be buffed, and it counts as a single attack. It has infinite pierce. It is also able to damage MOAB class bloons and White/Zebra bloons. It will damage camo bloons even if it can't normally see camo.
After this damage is applied, all bloons in the screen get frozen for 6 seconds, which is reduced to 3 seconds if the damaged bloon was White/Zebra or if it was camo (always frozen for 3s, regardless if the tower can see camo or not). MOAB class bloons are instead slowed for 3 seconds. Duration penalties do not stack (for example, a Camo White bloon will also get its insides frozen for 3 seconds). If the snowstorm damage kills a MOAB, it will not freeze the insides.
If crosspathed with Permafrost, all frozen bloons (non MOAB class) will get the Permafrost effect applied (permanently slowed by 50%).
