Grandmaster Ninja is the Ninja Monkey's path 1 tier 5 upgrade in Bloons TD 6. It allows the Ninja Monkey to throw 8 shurikens at a time instead of 5 (9 with 
Deadly Tranquility) over a 72° angle. This upgrade also increases the damage of Ninja Monkey's shuriken attack from 1 to 2, doubles the shurikens' attack speed (from 0.434s to 0.217s), increases Ninja Monkey's range by +10 units (from 40 to 50), and slightly elevates the Ninja Monkey's line of sight.

Grandmaster Ninja without buffs is extremely inefficient for its cost, in fact far more inefficient than multiple Bloonjitsus, but this is compensated by allowing the player to focus all buffs on it, saving plenty of space particularly with Shinobi Tactics spam providing the majority of its true potential.
Bottom crosspaths are the best for Grandmaster Ninja, allowing shurikens to maximize pierce, and Caltrops can do some extra single-target damage. Masses of Shinobis do the role of blowback and decamo far more efficiently, making the middle crosspath Grandmaster mostly redundant.
When max buffed with all debuffs active on bloons, the Grandmaster Ninja is one of the highest DPS towers in Freeplay, even outdamaging Temples (and the Dart Paragon, though this is map dependent).
