MOAR Glaives is solid mid-game tower for general Bloon cleanup, excelling against rounds such as 63, and the high ability of its glaives to bounce allowing it to function on Expert maps as well. However, it does effectively zero damage to MOAB-Class Bloons, requiring other towers to break them. MOAR Glaives excels in Races due to its high pierce, with Ice Shards largely covering Camo Bloons and Berserker Brew further boosting its damage, and its high pierce allows it to clean up the spawns of Bloonarius as well. It also excels at cleanup of naturals in Boss Rush, and for clearing groups of Diamond Bloons consistently for cheap so that main Diamondback damagers can focus on the Boss itself.
4-0-2 is the better crosspath by itself and pops Lead Bloons, as the +1 damage effectively pops more due to layer-skipping, but 4-2-0 becomes stronger with Berserker Brew. Despite its increased Ceramic damage, MOAR Glaives falls off as reliable cleanup for the late-game even with 4-2-0, so is mostly used for its mid-game strengths. 4-2-0 is also preferred against Diamond Bloons because they negate damage.
