Enforcer is the Desperado's path 3 tier 3 upgrade in Bloons TD 6. It increases the damage of its pistol attack from 1 to 6 and unlocks a shotgun attack. It shoots a spray of three projectiles, each with 3 pierce and 3 damage, which can pop frozen Bloons and knocks non-MOAB-Class Bloons backwards (-100% speed versus all including Lead Bloons and Ceramic Bloons) for 0.2 seconds. Like its pistol attack, it fires its shotgun twice each time it attacks, but unlike the pistol, it always fires twice even if there are no Bloons it can target after the first shot. It uses its shotgun when any Bloons are within its close range (36 units before range buffs) and uses its pistol otherwise. For its price, Enforcer has decent amount of single-target and Bloon control for its cost, and its multiple projectiles per shot make it a decent candidate with external buffs. However, it has low pierce without gaining pierce buffs. Unlike the second path, the third path mostly prefers gaining extra range to keep using its shotgun attack, which does more damage than its pistol if all projectiles hit the target, but still account for the Wanderer penalty. The shotgun's range is small enough to still receive nearby supports without losing max Wanderer buffs, notably from Alchemist, which becomes more important at higher tiers.

Both crosspaths are helpful. 2-0-3 is better for single-target, due to Quickdraw and Standoff, while 0-2-3 performs better for general damage via crits and naturally detects Camo.

After some help & advice from their ride-or-die partner, Enforcer is moving down some attack speed from the Shotgun attack into T1 & T2 crosspath bonuses to improve the crosspath value while keeping T3 roughly similar.

Bottom path desperado on the other hand suffers on trickier maps due to its low range design so we are bumping up the knockback at all tiers and reducing Avenger’s cost.
