MOAB SHREDR is the Spike Factory's path 2 tier 3 upgrade in Bloons TD 6. It increases the damage the Spike Factory's spikes deal to MOAB-Class Bloons by +7, for a total of 40 damage per pile (54 with
One More Spike and
Very Shreddy) and 80 damage when crosspathed with Bigger Stacks (99 with
One More Spike and
Very Shreddy).

1-3-0 does more average damage over longer rounds in late game, but the lack of grouped damage makes it very cost-inefficient in this role, so 0-3-2 is generally preferred for its utility.
