The Navarch of the Seas is the Monkey Buccaneer's Paragon upgrade in Bloons TD 6. It is a combination of Carrier Flagship, Pirate Lord, and Trade Empire.

• It is armed with six triple-barreled turrets that aim and attack Bloons independently. Each turret fires three explosive cannonballs and a spray of six grapes with each shot. The turrets have different positions on the ship and can only target Bloons within a semi-circle in front of them. Despite firing grapes, the turrets do not benefit from Big Bunch.
• The Navarch launches three fighter plane sub-towers that fly around the map rapidly gunning down Bloons in front of them and firing seeking missiles at MOAB-Class Bloons. Each plane fires four missiles at a time and at about one-tenth the rate of its main attack.
• It has ten grappling hooks that automatically target and grapple the strongest MOAB-Class Bloons on the map from any distance, taking them down instantly. The hooks can only grapple one bloon at a time and the cooldown starts after the animation completes, and the animation speed is not affected by Degree. Each hook can take down one MOAB, BFB, or DDT, or two hooks can take down one ZOMG together. Each hook can only activate once before recharging. Recharging only starts after all 10 hooks have been used and takes 10 seconds (also unaffected by Degree).
• Its ability fires a giant grappling hook at the strongest MOAB-Class Bloon on-screen. Unlike Monkey Pirates, it can take down BADs but not Dreadrock Bloons. It has a base cooldown of 30 seconds (25 seconds with Faster Takedowns) and can only be used twice per round.
• It generates $3,200 at the end of each round ($3,220 with Trade Agreements), reduces the attack cooldown of all towers placed in water and Monkey Aces (including the Goliath Doomship and Nautic Siege Core) by 15%, and increases the sell value of all towers in its range by 12% (excludes Paragons). It also has two platforms on its deck that allow small- and medium-sized land-based towers to be placed on top of it, allowing them to see over certain line of sight blockers.
• The Navarch has its own Trade Empire buff that applies to Merchantmen or Favored Trades. This buff can affect up to 40 Merchantmen, unlike the Trade Empire's buff which can only affect 20 per Trade Empire, and increases the damage bonuses to +10 instead of +1, but is otherwise identical. This buff is considered separate from the Trade Empire's own buff, and both buffs can be active on the same Merchantman.

Navarch of the Seas has three passive buffs:

• The sellback value of all non-Paragon towers in range are increased by 12%. This stronger version of the Favored Trades buff prioritizes over other Favored Trades, and always replaces the three stacks that other Favored Trades would've provided. Like all sources of sellback, sellback always caps at 95%.
• Up to other 40 Merchantmen and above gain a separate buff that can stack with Trade Empire's buffs. Affected Merchantmen gain +10 damage and improve all of their cash generation by +$10 per Merchantman, but no further cash bonus with Favored Trades.
• All other water towers and Monkey Aces, including Paragons (Goliath Doomship, Nautic Siege Core, and water-placed Herald of Everfrost) gain 15% reduced attack cooldown (roughly +17.8% attack speed).

Strategy

Although fairly expensive, The Navarch of the Seas is an easy Paragon to get a high degree for. The primary method of gaining pops is by using either Trade Empire and Favored Trades spam, due to cash generation contributing more to the pop requirement than pops alone, or the Pirate Lord's hook ability at later rounds.

In Boss Events, the Navarch is usually bought solely for its buff to the Goliath Doomship, while also dealing solid damage to bosses (being higher when Bloons are within its range), though viable against all of Lych's spawns (especially Zombie MOAB-class) and Vortex due to its aircraft, and Bloonarius as well to take care of its bleed bloons.

The Navarch truly shines in Freeplay, with its activated ability hooking up to two Fortified BADs per round, and its passive ability taking down many blimps up to ZOMGs regardless of health. Even beyond that, it is one of the highest damaging Paragons. However, its passive ability can also steal excessive amounts of pops needed by other Paragons, and it is completely disregarded in stall setups. If trying Freeplay challenges that only allow water towers, using 40 0-1-4 Favored Trades can provide a potent damage source as they are buffed by this Paragon.

• Its portrait depicts 6 planes, despite it only having 3 in-game.
• It is the only Paragon whose range matches that of its base tower (excluding Goliath Doomship, which only has a display range).
• Navarch is an Anglicisation of the Greek word "ναύαρχος", meaning "leader of the ships". It is still held in modern times in some states as a title equivalent to admiral.
• According to a Ninja Kiwi blog post, the Navarch of the Seas is ranked below Admiral Brickell in the monkey navy.
