Sub Commander is the Monkey Sub's path 3 tier 5 upgrade in Bloons TD 6. It grants Monkey Sub a buff to all Monkey Subs in its range (or to all Monkey Subs on the screen with Sub Admiral), including itself. This buff doubles affected Monkey Subs' damage including bonus damage, and increases pierce by +4. This buff does not double the damage of First Strike Capability and Pre-emptive Strike's abilities, but it does increase the pierce of the abilities' explosions.

This upgrade also reduces Monkey Sub's attack cooldown by 50%, and increases airburst projectiles from 3 to 5.

Stats

These stats do not include the Sub Commander's buff, which it virtually always has.

Sub Commander is a decent T5 with all-round stats for a T5 that has accurate high-projectile shots. Not only can it carry grouped rounds with ease if afforded before Round 63, its special buffs benefit Sub armies significantly.
