Grand Saboteur is the Ninja Monkey's path 2 tier 5 upgrade in Bloons TD 6. It upgrades Ninja Monkey's Bloon Sabotage ability, increasing its duration from 15 seconds to 30 seconds. While active, the upgraded ability deals 25% percent damage to all new MOAB-Class Bloons that spawn, including BADs but not Boss Bloons. The ability also grants a buff to all Ninja Monkeys on screen with the Shinobi Tactics upgrade, increasing their range by +10 units and increasing their MOAB-Class damage by +2.

The new sabotage allows the slow effect to receive damage buffs which allow the Grand Saboteur's ability to damage all Bloons on screen and all new Bloons that spawn. The ability deals damage to Bloons which are under effects of a damage increasing debuff before activating.

These stats do not include the Shinobi Tactics' buff, which it virtually always has at least 1 stack of.

For an early game Distraction improvement the consistency of blowbacks is being averaged out more with increased minimum distance but reduced maximum, in many cases there would not actually be 250 units of track length in front of defenses to be blown back across anyway so the overall average distance is slightly lower. More at the mid to endgame we are also weakening distraction distance against Ceramics specifically as by this point Ninja have stacked so much speed and projectiles the consistency doesn’t matter anymore. Finally, distraction values for secondary projectiles are being modified, as Distraction chance as it has existed was never balanced around more than the main attack
