Necromancer: Unpopped Army is the Wizard Monkey's path 3 tier 4 upgrade in Bloons TD 6. It grants Wizard Monkey a Graveyard counter, which keeps track of the number of pops which occur near the Wizard Monkey. The Wizard Monkey gains damage on all attacks depending on the value of its Graveyard.
It also grants Wizard Monkey a new attack which summons undead Bloons on the track, which travel in reverse direction and damage Bloons they touch. Summoning undead Bloons costs pops from the Graveyard. The Wizard also gets a new targeting option that allows it to change the location where the Undead Bloons are deployed.
The Graveyard counter increases by 1 for each Bloon layer popped by any means within 70 units of the Wizard Monkey, which is unaffected by range modifiers. On rounds 81 and later, popped layers add 7–10 points each to the Graveyard instead of 1. Every layer can only contribute to one Graveyard. Each Wizard Monkey with this upgrade has a maximum Graveyard of 500. If not consumed, points in the Graveyard disappear at the end of the second round after the round they were earned on (for example, any points earned on round 1 disappear at the end of round 3).
All of the Wizard Monkey's attacks gain +1 damage for every 200 points stored in its Graveyard. This includes its main bolts, undead Bloons, fireballs, and walls of fire (if crosspathed).
With this upgrade, Wizard Monkey gains a new attack which summons sets of undead Bloons at the cost of Graveyard points. One set of undead Bloons consumes a random number of points, between 1–10, and contains a random number of undead Bloons, between 1–4. Each undead Bloon deals 2 damage, has 2–11 pierce (1 plus 1 more for each Graveyard point consumed), and has a 7-second lifespan. The attack cooldown of this attack is 1.5 seconds, and the attack cooldown reduces by 10% additively for every 100 points in the Graveyard, up to 50% reduction. Undead Bloons can damage any Bloon type.
Undead Bloons travel backwards along the track at the speed of a Red Bloon. By default, undead Bloons spawn at the point closest to the exit within the Wizard Monkey's range, but the player may change the position using its second Monkey Special. If the player sets a summoning position, opening the selection menu disables it until a new position is selected, and the player can cancel it by closing the menu without selecting a point.

Provided that bloons continuously pop within range (or nearly close range) to the Necromancer, this upgrade is quite a powerful cleanup option in the midgame, especially with 0-2-4 crosspath for improved damage for all attacks including the Fireball and Wall of Fire. However, it faces weakness against singular MOABs if there's no additional bloons to build up its Undead Bloons, and its inconsistent damage output from the Undead Bloons makes it unreliable versus large groups of bloons.

Necromancer Wizard’s Zombie spawn rate is increased by a flat 10% for every 100 Bloons in the grave reaching a maximum of double attack speed at 500 capacity
Necromancer Wizards will display their current graveyard size above their portrait next to their pop count
Note: Any Bloons popped within the Shimmer radius of a Necromancer can be absorbed into that graveyard, but 1 pop will not fill more than 1 graveyard
Unpopped Army changes are also here! We wanted to cover all of the usability issues with this upgrade while also powering it up and expanding more on the mechanic that makes it so unique. — Update notes

Overall cost reduced by $50 (due to cost changes for previous tiers)
Unpopped Army now gains a bonus to graveyard after round 81 (about +10 per pop)
Note: To make up for the total decrease in child Bloons that are created from Super Ceramics
Unpopped Army targeting has been reworked to function in a smarter way, summoning Zombie Bloons further back to avoid them spawning behind Bloons, and also on multi-lane tracks targeting the lanes that are likely to leak sooner
Unpopped Army now enhances the power of all of it’s attacks by 1 for every 200 souls in it’s Graveyard. This can stack up to 10 times for Prince of Darkness
Some general buffs have been made to Wizard’s abilities to give it a small boost. Prince of Darkness has been performing extremely well after all its buffs and this is nice after it underperformed for so long, but the round 81 change to counter reduced Bloon Children with bonus Graveyard per pop has made it sustain high levels of graveyard too easily, this bonus has been lowered a little. — Update notes

Camo Prioritization filter added
Graveyard: Bonus grave after r80 reduced ― 7-13 → 7-10
Wall of Fire’s exceptional T2 power needs to be moved around for improved crosspathing, along with a slight nerf to Phoenix as it is currently performing too well, and both of these upgrades are shifting some of their power into Dragon’s Breath so it can stand out as more than just a buff to WoF & a stepping stone to Phoenix. Shimmer is prone to missing a lot of camo Bloons due to the low attack rate, we do want it to be slower than other decamos to account for the larger radius and better T5 so we are making the radius benefit more noticable and lowering price — Update notes

Overall cost reduced by $200 (due to cost changes for previous tiers)
Necromancer strategies are very dependent on where your Zombie Bloons spawn which would enable more strategies with more range, but then too much range is very harmful making the spawn location difficult to place & forcing you to often place these towers in silly locations which makes the shimmer not work well. Allowing Necro to select a spawn point addresses this issue and we hope provides some interesting micro uses, so please share any cool ones. — Update notes

Gains a spawn point target for zombies that the player can set
Shimmer’s range/radius values are being adjusted to match the attack trigger area to the tower’s range but with a far larger radius on the actual effect once it is triggered, this reduces inconsistency where Shimmer would often hit only first camo target to enter radius then be stuck on long cooldown. — Update notes

Shimmer attack: effect radius range now matches tower range ― 80 → 60
Shimmer attack: effect radius set to 25% more than tower range ― 70 → 75
Description changed ― Reanimate recently popped enemies as servants to destroy the Bloons. → Reanimate recently popped enemies as servants that can destroy Bloons of any type.
