[[Silas (BTD6)|Silas]] is its best Hero to synergize, partially compensating his White and early MOAB weaknesses and attacking fast enough to maximize Silas' Ice Fragments, in return Icicles offers consistent damage against dense rounds. Elsewhere, Icicles is a decent mid-game tower, being specialized for dense rounds while dealing alright damage to blimps but held back by its unreliability against pop White and Zebra Bloons without Silas. It's also a reasonable stepping stone for {{BTD6|Icicle Impale}}.
