Support Chinook is the Heli Pilot's path 2 tier 4 upgrade in Bloons TD 6. It grants Heli Pilot two new abilities: Reposition, and Supply Crate. Reposition allows the Chinook to pick up a "non-heavy" tower to a new location. Supply Crate simultaneously drops two crates containing cash and lives.
Additionally, this upgrade increases the damage of Heli Pilot's darts from 1 to 2, dart projectile size from 3 to 6, reduces the attack cooldown of downdraft from 0.18s to 0.15s, increases downdraft's pierce from 2 to 4, minimum blowback distance from 32 to 64 units, and flight speed from 70 to 80 units per second.
Abilities
Reposition
When activated, this ability allows the player to select an eligible tower that they own, and move it elsewhere on the map. The following towers cannot be repositioned:
- Aircraft Carrier and Carrier Flagship
- Monkey Ace
- Heli Pilot
- Sun Temple and True Sun God
- Banana Farm
- Monkey Village
- Beast Handler
- Rosalia
- Paragons
- Sub-towers (excluding Special Poperation's Monkey Marine)
- Portable Lake
- Pontoon
- Map-exclusive towers (excluding Cave Monkey)
Land towers can be redeployed onto ice platforms from Arctic Wind, and water towers can be redeployed onto water platforms from Lord of the Abyss. While in transit, towers cannot attack and do not charge ability cooldowns. The Chinook is also not allowed to reactivate this ability until transit is completed.
This ability has a cooldown of 45 seconds and an initial cooldown of 15 seconds. It is allowed to be activated during the break between rounds.
Supply Crate
When this ability is activated, Heli Pilot drops two collectible crates: one which provides $1,550 (or $1,938 with 
Charged Chinooks), and one which provides 10 lives (or 12 with Charged Chinooks). Using this ability also activates all the player's other Supply Crate abilities that are currently usable. This ability has a cooldown of 90 seconds and initial cooldown of 90 seconds. This ability cannot be used more than 2 times in a single round, cannot be used between rounds, and it cannot be used more than 180 seconds into a round.

Support Chinook's ability to pick up towers, grant cash and lives, and offer stalling and bloon control make it an extremely flexible support tower, one of the best in the game.
The Chinook shines in Least Tiers, where it can perform versatile functions such as stalling out rounds, defending early-game rounds, being the sole cash generation in a run, and moving around other powerful towers like Super Mines and Super Brittle. The tower also finds use in Least Cash for the same reason of having multiple functions in one, for example defending early-game rounds cheaply with the previous upgrade Downdraft. The Chinook also builds into the next upgrade tier Special Poperations nicely.

Given Downdraft has competed as one of the most debated best towers in the game basically for its entire life for both early and late game we are reducing some of the extreme effectiveness against late game Super Ceramics by reworking it to have an overall increased effect of blowing back multiple smaller children at a time but now requiring 2 pierce to blow back ceramics. At the same time, the T4 Support Chinook is also having a large increase to make it now a more powerful real end-game choice for a lategame version of Downdraft that can quickly deal with large groups of Super Ceramics.
