 Does bonus damage to MOAB-Class Bloons. Frozen Bloons grow sharp icicles that can pop Bloons that touch them.

Icicles is the Ice Monkey's path 3 tier 4 upgrade in Bloons TD 6. It gains -20% attack cooldown (or +25% attack speed) from the previous tier, can now target MOAB class bloons (but not freeze them) and deals +8 damage to MOAB-class, and all hit bloons grow 3 icicles (white/zebra bloons grow icicles even if not popped, lead bloons don't grow icicles if the tower is unable to pop Lead).
Icicles damage other bloons when they pass over the bloon that has the icicles, have sharp damage type (normal if crosspathed with Cold Snap), deal 2 damage, have 3 pierce and last for the same duration as the freeze duration (MOAB class can also grow icicles even if they can't be frozen).

Strategy
Icicles is a strong tower in Race Events, thanks to it producing a large amount of icicles from the multitude of Bloons that it hits. Elsewhere, Icicles is a decent mid-game tower, being specialized for dense rounds while dealing alright damage to blimps. However, it is held back by its unreliability against pop White and Zebra Bloons, and thus is only recommended as a supplement to the defense or as a stepping stone for Icicle Impale. For Races and general gameplay, 0-2-4 is the recommended crosspath for increased attack speed from Enhanced Freeze and extra pierce from Deep Freeze.

While Icicles is quite fun for midgame cleanup, we acknowledge points raised on Cryo Cannon trading off it’s freeze prowess too quickly when the smaller freeze area even with such a fast rate increase still overall makes it struggle to slow as effectively. To counter this a little we have doubled the freeze radius of Cryo Cannon, but also increased damage of both the Ice Balls & Icicles to highlight more the intention of this path swapping to a damage hybrid earlier.
