Burny Stuff is the Mortar Monkey's path 3 tier 2 upgrade in Bloons TD 6. It allows the Mortar's attacks to inflict a burn that triggers once every 1.25 seconds (1 second with
Extra Burny Stuff) and lasts for 3.75 seconds on each Bloon that they hit. Thus, this effect naturally would trigger damage up to 3 times.
When used as a crosspath for Tier 3s and above of the top and middle paths, the burn effect is improved. The following improvements occur for crosspathing:

Strategy
Burny Stuff by itself sees very occasional use in Race Events, but the upgrade is generally used as a crosspath. It is the better crosspath for top path Mortars on long maps where the full burn duration can be utilized, but falls short on shorter maps. For middle path Mortars, Burny Stuff is the sub-par crosspath, but can still be used after the version 45.0 buffs.
