Spirit of the Forest
Grows thorned vines along the path that deal constant damage and bonus damage to ceramics. Vines nearest the Spirit of the Forest do more damage. Activated ability grabs more Bloons.
Spirit of the Forest is the Druid's path 2 tier 5 upgrade in Bloons TD 6. It spawns thick vines on the Path that constantly damage passing bloons, with greater damage if near the Druid. This Druid also passively generates more Cash at the end of the round being increased with more farms in its range. Additionally, the Activated Ability grabs and crushes even more bloons. All its attacks, excluding Heart of Thunder's lightning, deal extra damage.

Bloons inside the vine zone(s) take damage every 0.5 seconds regardless of attack speed modifiers. Its default damage type is Sharp, or Normal with Hard Thorns. Upon purchasing Spirit of the Forest, track vines begin growing outwards at a fixed rate of 3 units every second. If moved by any means, the track coverage moves with this Druid, including the special vine zones.
The vine zone deals different amounts of damage within a specific range; each zone is distinguished by color and shape of the thorny vines:
Inner zone - Within 50 units. Does 1 damage (4 total), and +14 damage to Ceramics and MOAB-class (30 total), respectively. Vines have thick cyan thorns and green stems.
Middle zone - Between 50 and 100 units. Does 1 damage (3 total), and +4 damage to Ceramics and MOAB-class (15 total) , respectively.
Outer zone - Beyond 100 units. Does 2 damage, and +8 damage to Ceramics and MOAB-class, respectively. Vine stems are brown with small green spikes.
In Co-op, each Spirit of the Forest creates its own vine zones, and they can layer on top of each other to stack their damage, keep in mind that Bloons may not enter the zones at exactly 0.5 second intervals, effectively making damage increase inconsistently.
End-of-round cash
At the end of the round, it generates $1120 base cash, and extra cash for every Banana Farm and its upgrades in range, along with 25 lives. The amount can be further improved by Monkey City and a nearby Level 5+ Obyn Greenfoot.

Similar to previous upgrade except the leftover vine does 5 damage instead of 2, rehits bloons and refreshes pierce every 0.1s instead of 0.2s, and the flat constant cooldown is reduced to 0.3 seconds instead of 1.4 seconds. If given Hard Thorns, the vine grab's base cooldown reduces from 2.6 seconds to 0.65s, compared to without it which remains the same as Jungle's Bounty.

Jungle's Bounty Ability
When upgraded, Spirit of the Forest's Jungle's Bounty ability is replaced with a stronger version that is shared with other Jungle's Bounties and can automatically activate all other of this ability. Unlike most activated abilities, this ability always starts on a full 60-second initial cooldown. Cooldown is also 60 seconds.
When activated, the player immediately gains $1280 and 25 lives, plus +$130 per Farm within this Druid's range.
This ability can only be activated up to 3 times per round. Like most purely income-generating abilities, this ability is disabled after 3 minutes from the start of a round.

Spirit of the Forest is overshadowed by similarly priced group poppers such as Glaive Lord and The Bloon Solver. It can be usable in certain competitive modes, namely Race Events (including Contested Territory Time Attack) and CT Least Tiers. However, Jungle's Bounty is not a good Tier 4 for the saveup due to its lack of single-target damage, also preventing Bloon Trap farming. Like other Druids, Obyn Greenfoot is an excellent hero pick for Spirit of the Forest, additionally boosting its income generation.
1-5-0 is usually the preferred crosspath, which provides Lead popping, while 0-5-2 improves its vine lifespan plus faster thorn attacks.

We’ve wanted to work on this upgrade for a while but first had to deal with an issue causing it to perform far differently to intended. Unfortunately while we expected improvement from this fix, it ended up being an overall nerf. Druid’s Jungle Vine crush time formula has been modified, time taken to crush will now scale up slower but increase more when crushing Lead or Ceramic targets. Spirit of the Forest’s baseline cash generation has been improved to give a later game goal to aim for with Druid farming strategies. Druid projectile lifespans are being shifted from many base weapons into the xx1 range crosspath, this is a nerf to top path lifespan when not taking the crosspath and a buff to 031 druids — Update notes
Druid Jungle’s Bounty ability is no more, druid cash generation is now purely a passive end of round bonus. We are looking at possible changes for other abilitized cash generation and would like to hear more thoughts on this. To be clear; we are not simply looking to swap every cash generating ability to a passive, but there should be some choice in when you time an ability activation and we do not agree there was any reason to not spam these on cooldown which makes this a tedious clicking quota. Druid’s cash generation already has interesting interaction so for this case it felt more interesting to focus on that interaction instead, and the new ability gives careful timed activation that can assist in holding off on spending money on DPS towers for longer to effectively earn more cash which is more engaging of a choice to make. We want different farming methods to have different interesting ways of engaging with them, but when an ability should always be used on cooldown that’s when it really shouldn’t be an ability, while there is strategy in stall tactics there isn’t for that ability timing most don’t have fun engaging with this when they are group spam abilities. Due to this we’ve reworked the druid ability so that the farm interaction is the important mechanic to engage with here instead, and the ability is a targeting method of providing cleanup that does have strategic timing which can be used to focus more on farming with careful ability usage instead of building other defensive towers. — Update notes
