Version 54.2 is the second minor update to version 54.0 of Bloons TD 6. It consists mostly of bug fixes.

- No longer requires targeting a tower to unlink
- Raft Defense: Silas cannot longer be used on this Quest (undocumented)
Rattle Tail: Can no longer be destroyed instantly under certain circumstances (bug fix)
Now uses its Normal mode spawns in Elite mode
- Cutscenes can no longer interrupt a Quick Draw and cause a defeat (bug fix)
- Beating rounds 66–70 before round 65 no longer prevents the game from counting as a victory (bug fix)
- The unused "RohanTest_Level" Bloon Encounter no longer counts towards completion progress (bug fix)
- Resolved an issue where the path highlight could fail to display correctly (bug fix)
Miscellaneous
- Hotkeys no longer stop working after loading a save in some cases (bug fix)
- "Resolved a number of UI issues"
- "Resolved a number of issues that didn’t really matter at all as they only happened to us"
- Temporary Traits: Remaining rounds countdown now displays in-game
Temporary Traits: Now only counts down while the tower is placed (bug fix)
