Version 44.1 is a minor update to version 44.0. Primarily, it has minor balance changes for the Mermonkey, a tower introduced in Version 44.0, alongside miscellaneous bug fixes and general changes.

3-X-X Abyss Dweller and further upgrades	Abyssal Creature damage type changed ― Sharp → Shatter Note: This means the Abyssal Creature no longer benefits from Sharpening Stone or Flint Tips
4-X-X Abyssal Warrior	Ink no longer slows MOAB-Class Bloons more than regular Bloons (bug fix)  Intended MOAB slow from ink increased ― 10% → 28%
5-X-X Lord of the Abyss	Ink can now slow MOAB-Class Bloons (bug fix)  Ink platforms no longer prevent certain water-based buffs from applying (bug fix)  Abyssal Creature tentacle attack cooldown reduced ― 2s → 1.5s
X-3-X Riptide Champion	Sub-projectiles can now freeze Bloons in addition to the main projectile
X-4-X Arctic Knight	Ice Jet projectile lifespan is now capped at 15 seconds
X-4-X Arctic Knight X-5-X Popseidon	Ice Jet projectile damage type changed ― Shatter → Plasma
X-5-X Popseidon	Ice Jet projectile lifespan is now capped at 20 seconds
X-X-2 Echosense Network	"Should no longer break when selling any of the first 5 placed"
X-X-4 Symphonic Resonance	Totems can no longer be sacrificed to Sun Temple or True Sun God
X-X-5 The Final Harmonic	"Weapon model glitch with crosspathing resolved"  Can now detonate damage over time effects on Dreadbloon

X-4-X Jungle's Bounty X-5-X Spirit of the Forest	Jungle’s Bounty Druid base attack cooldown reduced ― 2.6s → 0.25s Note: x4x and x5x still depends on other vines to cool off before producing a new vine, which is unchanged

Heroes

Obyn Greenfoot

•  Obyn's abilities should no longer sometimes load in on the center of the map (bug fix)

Geraldo

•  Rejuv Potion no longer refreshes Geraldo's entire shop (bug fix)

Fixes

• "Resolved an issue where some tier 2 Insta-Monkeys were appearing more frequently"
•  Resolved an issue where some quests were tracking pops towards tower unlocks
•  Mortar Mole & Boomer Roo can no longer be used in custom maps without being owned (bug fix)
•  The Pink Bloons on r9 of Geraldo’s trial quest no longer have the Camo property
•  End round of Super Dartling Bros quest changed ― 89 → 90 (undocumented)
• Towers unlocked via Pop Requirements should no longer show upgrade available icons before being unlocked
• Towers unlocked via tower bundle IAP before level 30 should no longer display a ‘unlock at level 30’ banner on the towers menu.
• Navarch of the Seas now displays the correct buff icon for sellback rates
• xx4 Favored Trades Buccaneer buff icon should no longer visually display on Paragons
• Resolved some mobilized platform shenanigans
